Key responsibilities will include:

1. Client Account Management

  • Create efficient communication channels between client’s program sponsor, organizer, and training participants.
  • Lead the regular update meeting with clients, in charge of the overall agenda, highlight project steps and status for weekly/monthly meetings with customer.
  • Meet with clients to understand the requirement and develop proposals
  • Act as the main point of contact for all planning requests, resource planning, outsourcing and feasibility checks for each project from the proposal phase to post-training services

2. Project management

  • Schedule the program agenda/workshops/key milestones over the year and across all programs.
  • Plan training courses, events (launches, graduations), projects, schedules.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress as well as to be shared with clients.
  • Develop weekly and/or monthly work plans and modifying the plans, as needed.
  • Develop and document plans and processes for on-going routine support activities for training participants

3. Course content management

  • Support the deployment of training content on various learning management & coaching platforms such as creating online worksheets on the platforms, finalizing/editing videos for upload etc.
  • Ensure that the library of learning content is up-to-date, available, and supports the strategic objectives of the clients.
  • Design and implement administration processes for new learning programs in support of Course Instructor
  • Source different learning platforms for the effective delivery of content
  • Support the Course Instructor with technical assistance in the virtual delivery of content to client through the use of e-learning, webinars, instructor-led training, video and blended learning; zoom technical support when needed
  • Provide training/induction to client and training participants on how use different training/coaching platforms
  • Provide reporting and metrics for programs as required
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and takes corrective action

4. Other

  • Content translation management
  • Administer the use of various external learning tools and assessments and their associated platforms
  • Provide student support as needed together with the client’s learning team

Job requirements

Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in adult education, social science or related field (However we are willing to consider applicants with degrees in engineering or other fields that can demonstrate excellent project management and attention to detail. Furthermore, if you do not have a degree, we are also willing to consider your application as long as you can demonstrate the below criteria).
  • 5 years + of Project Management experience managing/coordinating/administering large training programs.
  • Must have experience managing multiple concurrent ongoing projects within an agile environment.
  • Experience managing online learning & development programs with 100+ number of students preferred.
  • Must understand or willing to develop capability in understanding emerging training approaches and how best to apply them to support the client training needs.
  • High level of interpersonal and customer relations skills with strong written and verbal English communication skills, including experience in presenting material to & chairing meetings with senior management level.
  • Knowledge of digital training/coaching tool such as CoachAccountable, Padlet, Thinkific, Zoom, MS Teams … is preferred (but can be developed once onboarded)
  • Extremely organized and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Experience and knowledge of coordinating and supporting the delivery of training is preferred
  • Knowledge of training industry standards and best practices especially online training is preferred.
